EXPERIENCE STRATEGY + DESIGN LEADERSHIP

Designing experiences that connect people, products, and strategy.

I help organizations create clarity from complexity by connecting people, strategy, and technology into experiences that improve lives. Through experience strategy, systems thinking, and human-centered design, I partner with cross-functional teams to define future vision, align organizations, and turn ambiguity into meaningful action.

The story so far

"Design is more than creating interfaces – it's understanding people, solving problems with empathy and moving towards a shared future."

Early in my career, a manager asked me, “If you weren’t a designer, what would you do?” I came back with three answers: teach, help people navigate complex problems, and tell stories. Over time, I realized I chose a career that lets me do all three–I simply misunderstood what design could be.

Mentorship allows me to teach. Research helps me understand people and uncover what matters. Storytelling helps me create shared understanding and move ideas forward. It changed how I think about design—not simply as creating interfaces, but as a way to help organizations understand people, make better decisions, and navigate complexity.

Over the past 15+ years, I’ve worked across consulting, enterprise software, analytics, and consumer finance, leading work across experience strategy, product vision, service design, and organizational alignment. I’m most energized by ambiguous problems that span teams and require shared understanding before solutions.

I’m at my best bringing people together, asking better questions, and turning ambiguity into clarity. I believe meaningful products don’t just solve functional problems—they reduce unnecessary struggle and help people feel more confident, informed, and supported.
